Hello everyone.I am looking for an affordable 303 vst.By affordable i mean anything that is not a Audiorealism Bassline (140 euros? Seriously?)Nor do i mean Phoscyon which is 60 euros + too complicated.A reliable 32bit to 64bit Bridger in order to use 'older' 32 bit emulations like the Muon Bassline (which sounds fantastic and costs 20 euros) is 100 Dollars.I tried the Evilfish by Sonic Faction. My 'Solution' is just switching the objective and simply put means just ignoring the 303 Grail in my mind, and the products labelled something with a 303 implied, and exploring the great 'Analogue' synths there are instead. At the moment those are Reaktor synths like Monark as well as u-he synths. Does my bass lines sound like the 303?
I don't really care. All I care about is that the bass line sounds the way I want it. To me what you do with it is what it's all about.

It sounds very good and all no complaints there.But every now and then a piece of software or a hardware device gets washed away over time. And Phoscyon is not my thing.It`s just a personal taste thing. If i could i would sell it but in software the money you get for 'used' things is almost not worth the fuzz.I wanted something 303-ish with not too many knobs that i can map to 2-3 midi controller knobs and be done with it.There are 1000 other synths if i want more options.

I also am not an Analog vs Digital etc etc fan. I really don`t care if it`s digital, analog or made out of wood.The reason i was looking for a 303 and a simple version of it was because at the moment that i was looking for it i wanted the exact opposite of what you aresuggesting.

Well in this case i wanted the 0,1%.I am aware that there are many ways to get to a result but sometimes you just want to walk on a marked road so you have time to think aboutother things without getting distracted by bumps you didn`t expectBut i get what you wanted to say and thank you that you took the time. The Audiorealism is 95 euro's, the price you're quoting is for a bundle with other stuff.Now I get that what's 'affordable' is different from person to person, but 95,- is a pretty regular price for a synth plugin. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive. Whether it's 'worth it' is again subjective. You asked for a good and affordable (not free) 303 emulation.
The Audiorealism and the D16 ones are AFAIK considered the go-to plugins if you want that authentic 303 sound. A real 303 is gonna set you back a hell of a lot more.
